They took me in and treated me like family. I recommend anyone who needs medical care or therapy to come here! This is so long overdue. I was in a head-on collision eight years ago and was brought to Glendale for my rehab. I was very limited in what I could do but my therapists kept me building, little steps leading to bigger. They were wonderful to me as well as all of the others in the room with me.
The nurses and staff were so caring and encouraging. I was there for six weeks and left shortly before Christmas, in a wheelchair, and continued my therapy as an outpatient.
Eight years later, I can do almost anything, even play tennis. Their encouragement helped me to keep working until I got better. Our mom recently became a resident of Complete Care at Glendale. We found from the beginning that the staff are so friendly and kind.
Our Mom appears to be much happier at Complete Care at Glendale. It is our feeling that the kindness that we see flows down from the top. I had to find a facility for my mom after surgery and had to do it from several states away, due to the way the world is. I finally called this place and spoke to their admissions director. She was more than helpful, very understanding of my situation and made me feel more than comfortable placing my mother. Although I still have not been able to visit, my mother has said her experience is wonderful and she feels well cared for by the staff, she said she even liked the food.
Very friendly and pleasant staff. From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel welcome. They are always patient and answer any questions you may have. They make a very stressful situation so much easier.
